Ubuki na zimwe mu ndwara buvura

Ubuki ni isoko ngari y’amavitamini menshi nka A, E, B1, B2, B5, B6, B12, K, P, D, n’izindi. Harimo imisemburo ngengamubiri itera igikuriro (hormones de croissance), n’ibindi. Butera kurama, bwongera imbaraga mu mubiri no mu bwenge, kandi ni kimwe mu byifashishwa bakora ibyongera uburanga. Ubuki ni ikiribwa kandi bukaba n’umuti uvura indwara zirenga 100. Zimwe muri zo ni izi zikurikira :

1) Ibibyimba : kubusigaho kenshi bituma ikibyimba gishya vuba.

2) Ushaka kunanuka, ni ugufata ikiyiko 1 cy’ubuki mbere ya buri gaburo

3) Ufite amaraso akennye (amaraso make), ni ugufata ikiyiko 1 cy’ubuki ukavanga n’ibiyiko 2 by’umutobe w’indimu, ukanywa mu gitondo nta kindi wari warafata.

4) Urwaye asima (ubuhwima), ni ugukatagura igitunguru kinini cya onyo, kugitumbika mu kirahuri kinini cy’amazi ashyushye buhoro, ukabikora nimugoroba mu ma saa tatu. Mu gitondo, wongeremo ikiyiko cy’ubuki n’ikiyiko cy’umutobe w’indimu, unywe nta kindi wari washyira mu nda.

5) Bronchite : ibiyiko 3 by’umutobe w’indimu mu kirahuri cy’amazi ashyushye buhoro, ugashyiramo n’ikiyiko 1 cy’ubuki, ukabifata kabiri ku munsi nyuma yo kurya (ho amasaha 2). Ni ukubikora buri munsi, iminsi 7 ikurikiranye, noneho ukajya ubikora gatatu mu cyumweru, ukwezi. Uyu muti ushobora kuwusubiramo.

6) Urwaye impatwe : ni uruvange rw’ikiyiko cy’ubuki bwiza, akayiko gato k’umutobe w’indimu mu gice cy’ikirahuri cy’amazi ashyushye buhoro. Kunywa mu gitondo nta kindi kintu wari wafata.

7) Umutima ukorana imbaraga nkeya : gukunda kurya kenshi ikiyiko 1 cy’ubuki (mbere y’amagaburo).

8) Umugore utwite : gufata ikiyiko cy’ubuki kivanze n’ikiyiko cy’umutobe w’indimu, inshuro 3 mu cyumweru.

9) Umugore urwaye intinyi : ikiyiko cy’ubuki bwiza butacaniriwe ku muriro, kubufata nimugoroba.

10) Ushaka kongera uburanga no kugira uruhu rufite itoto : ni ukuvanga ikiyiko cy’ubuki n’umuhondo w’igi. Ushobora no kongeramo umutobe w’indimu (ufite na elayo ugashyiramo byaba akarusho). Guhita ubyisiga ku mubiri, ukabirekeraho nibura igice cy’isaha, ukabona kubikaraba.

Hari n’izindi ndwara ubuki buvura n’ibindi bitangaza bukora, uru rutonde si ndakuka.
